1. How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.

2. How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you are allowed to do so only before your item has been shipped. If your item's shipping label has already been created or if it's already been shipped, then you must wait to receive the order and pay to ship it back to us. Please contact us via our support page. 

4. When can I expect to receive my shipment?

Shipping can take up to 7 business days.

5. How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and self-track your order at https://www.17track.net/en

 

6. Which countries do you ship to?

US & Canada. 

7. How can I change my Shipping Address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can email us to notify us of the shipping address changes. If the order has already been shipped out, there is nothing we can do. 

8. Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible.

9. What is your return & exchange policy?

10. How to return your item?

All items are refundable within 30 days. If 30 days have not gone by, you may contact us via email. 

11. What is your cancellation policy?

You may contact us via email to request for cancellation. Please be advised we can only cancel your order if it has not been processed or shipped.
 

12. Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
